Week 47 (15-19 July 2024)

A very special Wider Learning Week edition of The Isleworthian, recapping all the wonderful things that have been enjoyed by Years 7-10 and 12 during this enrichment week!

Week 45 (1-5 July 2024)

A week where our students have enjoyed a plethora of unique enrichment opportunities. This includes over 150 students taking part in our superb Summer Arts Festival; a sports team finishing 9th in London; and a KS3 students who has been invited to collaborate with a world-famous music institution.

Week 44 (24-28 June 2024)

The very latest news from a crammed school week, including a borough music win, a visit to the home of British democracy, plus school records broken at today’s Track and Field championships!

Week 43 (17-21 June 2024)

All the latest from a very busy week in school, including enrichment and learning far beyond the classroom plus important reminders about changes to school arrangements next week.

Week 42 (10-14 June 2024)

Featuring information about the latest borough and county sporting successes, as well as superb poetry-based enrichment and some important notices about a change to the school day in a few weeks’ time.

Week 41 (3-7 June 2024)

A jam-packed issue featuring important information regarding the exams and the general election, as well as some key notices and one curriculum area being commended as an ‘Area of Excellence’!

Week 39 (20-24 May 2024)

The final newsletter of this half-term is now live – it features 14 borough gold medals as well as an emotional student goodbye – along with all the usual important notices and information.

Week 38 (13-17 May 2024)

This is a classic example of our outstanding opportunities in action, with students undertaking lots of superb enrichment activities. There are also the usual notices, including some advice on protecting students’ mental wellbeing and information about a behaviour pilot coming soon.

Week 37 (6-10 May 2024)

This issue features an international bronze medallist, a brand new episode of our podcast, plus all the usual notices and information!

Week 36 (29 April – 3 May 2024)

This week, read about the school’s constant drive to provide unique opportunities for students to develop themselves and plan their futures. There is all the latest news and notices plus an important reminder about changes to the timetable next week.

Week 35 (22-26 April 2024)

Key strands in this issue include enhancing student learning through theatre performances in and out of school and strategies to maximise students’ physical and mental wellbeing. Plus, a former student continues to succeed in the world of professional acting!

Week 34 (15-19 April 2024)

Another jam-packed issue as we return for the Summer Term, including ways to improve your child’s progress; a huge array of outstanding opportunities for every child; various award and reward ceremonies; and so, so much more.

Week 31 (25-28 March 2024)

Over 650 certificates and awards are presented at the end of the Spring Term; more than 100 students take part in outstanding enrichment opportunities; important notices; and more!

Week 30 (18-22 March 2024)

A huge array of enrichment across sport, computing and reading – including the results from the Badminton borough competition. Were our Key Stage 4 students able to make it 14 years in a row as borough champions?

Week 29 (11-15 March 2024)

Week 28 (4-8 March 2024)
