Alumnus Records Music Video in School

A few weeks ago, we were delighted to welcome a former student into school for a special project. Hamish Sharp-McClymont left in July 2021 after coming to the  end of his seven-year I&S journey. He embarked on a three year song-writing course at Leeds Conservatoire, a fitting next step for a student who was a regular on the Isleworth & Syon stage.

Fast-forward five years and Hamish returned to that very same stage as he recorded his latest music video. He was ably assisted on the drums by another former student, Ethan Osahn. Hamish chose to come back as he wanted the video to be a live recording of a performance - so he enlisted our very own Head of Music Mr McKeever to lend a helping hand with the sound and tech. It was fantastic to see Hamish again, and brilliant to see another alumnus doing so well as he begins his music career. This really does show - once an Isleworthian, always an Isleworthian!
