Rehearsals are well underway for this year’s school production, ‘A Christmas Carol’, with the first night just 14 days away! The boys – along with a few students from The Green School for Girls – have been working very hard in rehearsal to bring this Christmas tale to life, and it’s clear that this production is going to be fantastic. We are delighted to announce that tickets for both the Thursday and the Friday performances are now on sale!
The performances take place on Thursday 28 and Friday 29 November at 7.00pm. This year’s production has a Christmassy twist as our company take on Charles Dickens’ classic, ‘A Christmas Carol’, and Head Boy Aadi Mudhar takes on the role of the miserly Ebenezer Scrooge. The BBC summarises ‘A Christmas Carol’ as such: “On Christmas Eve, Scrooge is visited by a series of ghosts, starting with his old business partner, Jacob Marley. The three spirits which follow, the Ghosts of Christmas Past, Christmas Present and Christmas Yet to Come, show Scrooge how his mean behaviour has affected those around him.”
Tickets cost just £6 for adults and £3 for children/students/OAPs. There is also the option to purchase a family ticket (2 adults, 2 children) for just £15. These tickets are exclusively available for advance purchase – please be aware that only be a limited number of tickets will be available on the door at a higher price.
