With examination season just around the corner, we have now published full summer timetables for Years 7-13. These documents can be found on the ‘Timetables’ tab of the ‘Examinations’ page of this website. For reference, year groups will be sitting examinations at the following times:

Year Dates
7 Internal examinations from Monday 13 – Friday 17 June
8 Internal examinations from Monday 13 – Friday 17 June
9 Internal examinations from Monday 9 – Friday 13 May
10 Internal examinations from Monday 20 June – Friday 1 July
(plus one public examination: GCSE Statistics)
11 Public examinations from Monday 9 May – Thursday 23 June
12/13 Public examinations from Monday 2 May – Friday 24 June

Students will, if they haven’t already, also receive an Individual Candidate Timetable, giving full information about the examinations that they will be sitting. If you have any questions about timetabling, please contact Ms Cash (Senior Administrator: SIMS/Examinations Manager).

As the examinations get closer, it is of vital importance that your son/daughter/ward uses these final weeks effectively in terms of revision. A number of strategies have been organised within school to help students to maximise their potential. However, students must commit to considerable revision time at home to get the best grades that they can. We recommend checking out our ‘Study and Revision Skills’ page, which contains lots of helpful tools to help students.
